Every founder has AI. Almost none of it talks.

The AI expert who gets founders and SMEs speaking one language across their business.

The problem

Your tools don't talk to each other.

The same client lives in a sheet, a chat, an inbox and somebody's head. None of them agree.

The usual answer

Another tool won't fix it.

Every new app adds a login, a subscription and one more place for the truth to hide.

What I do

I get the ones you have speaking one language.

Entered once. Seen by everyone who needs it. On the same day, not next week.

Ahaan solves AI problems for founders and SMEs. He connects their tools, their teams and their data until the whole business runs on one language. Not another consultant with prompt lists and tool roundups. The person you call when your setup needs to think together.

The approach

AI goes only where it earns its keep.

Most of what your business does already works — that's why you're growing. Forcing AI into it only makes it slower. So I map everything, build where AI will genuinely pay for itself, and leave the rest exactly as it is.

01Film & TV set safety

20 safety checks, written up on their own.

Safety officers answer a 20-point checklist in chat, one question at a time, with photos taken on the spot. The report reaches the studio about three minutes after the shoot ends.

02Preschool · two branches

A teacher talks for 40 seconds. Four documents get written.

A voice note in Hindi or English becomes the class report, the parent notes and a running profile for each child — which paper forms never could keep.

03Wedding planning firm

One message a day. The evening board fills itself.

Each planner replies privately to one evening message. Decisions stop getting lost in the group chat, contracts land in the right folder, and staff can ask it which venues sleep fifty.

0440-person wedding studio

A complete employee system, on a computer they own.

Daily tasks, fingerprint attendance, off-site check-in, leave, teams and files — seven parts, one payroll record, no monthly software fee.

05Architecture practice

See how people will move through a plan before it is built.

Thousands of simulated visitors walk the drawing, following what they can see. Each revision is walked again, so a design change shows up as a measured difference.

06My own studio

Attendance, leave, tasks and projects — on one small computer.

Eighteen people use it daily without ever being trained. It restarts itself, survives power cuts, and tells me when it cannot reach the internet.

07Agents you can ask

Stop reading the records. Ask them.

A manager's Agent in the team chat that answers who is on leave and moves work when told — checking first. A personal Agent on WhatsApp that books meetings from a voice note.

How a project runs

Four steps.
You can stop after any of them.

  1. 01

    Audit

I sit with the people who do the work and watch the day they actually have — not the org chart.

You getA map of how work really moves, and a leave-it-alone list.
  2. 02

    Design

We agree what gets built, in what order, and what the record looks like. You sign it off first.

You getA signed-off plan: what gets built, in what order, and why it pays.
  3. 03

    Build

I build it and run it with one team before it goes to everybody, corrected against real work.

You getA working system on your own hardware, proven with one team.
  4. 04

    Handover

Training in person, a day on site while people use it, and then the keys.

You getTrained people, plain-English documentation, the code and the data.
A small black computer on an office shelf, lit red — the system runs on hardware the business owns

Ownership

You buy the system.
You don't rent it.

Every build runs on a computer you own, in your office, on your own accounts. You get the machine, the code and the data. If we stopped working together tomorrow, none of it would stop.

The mind behind the systems

Built for myself first.

I run Cove Craft Studios, a 3D and AI media studio in Mumbai. Its attendance, leave, daily tasks, projects and CRM run on systems I designed and built from scratch.

So I'm not selling theory. Everything I build for a client is something I already trust with my own team. That's also why I'll tell you when something shouldn't be built at all.

Where I would start

Send me one report your team writes at the end of the day.

That one document tells me what to build, who it's for, and how much time it's taking now.
