An AI consultant for Ahmedabad
with the practice itself in Mumbai

I am in Mumbai. An Ahmedabad build runs on video calls, WhatsApp and shared links, and I travel up for the audit and the handover where the project needs me in the room.

I am an AI consultant in Mumbai. There is no office of mine in Ahmedabad and no client of mine there I can point to. What there is, is a way of building that fits how Gujarati family firms already run.

Most of the work is remote by its nature. We agree what gets built on a call, I build it on a machine and accounts in your name, and you watch it on a shared link. The audit is the exception. For that I come to the unit or the office, because how a firm really runs shows up in its registers and in what people do when the owner is out.

The books are already the system

In many trading and manufacturing firms here the real system is the ledger and the person who keeps it. Tally is up to date, the outstanding statement gets printed when the owner asks for it, and the firm's memory of who pays late and who argues about quality sits in one accountant's head.

That is a good starting point. An Agent given read access to the ledger could answer questions without anyone running a report, draft the payment reminder in the words your firm already uses, and flag the party whose outstanding has quietly crossed where you are comfortable. It drafts and a person sends.

What I do not do is move your accounting anywhere. Tally stays exactly where it is. The Agent would read what you allow and write only where you have agreed it should, and it can run on a machine in your own office so the ledger never leaves it. I have not built a Tally connection for a client yet.

A unit in an industrial estate, and brothers who all sign

The shape repeats across the estates here. One family, one unit, and two or three brothers or cousins who have divided the work between them. One handles production, one handles sales, one handles the money, and every decision of any size passes at least one of them.

Software built for a company with departments does not fit that. What fits is a system where each person sees their own side of the business and nothing is committed without the person who normally commits it. I build to the approval habit that already exists instead of asking a family to change the way it decides things.

The other thing that repeats is job work. Dyeing, processing, printing, finishing, where lots, shades and job cards decide whether a month made money. Those records are usually handwritten and only added up afterwards, which makes them the first thing worth putting on a system you own.

  • Job cards and lot records that add themselves up
  • Outstanding and receivables questions answered from the ledger
  • Reminders drafted in your words and held for approval
  • Attendance and leave for the unit, on your own machine
  • One place to ask what a party has bought before

You will be comparing me with a development company

Ahmedabad has large software and development firms, several of which sell AI work abroad. Their quote will look different from mine and so will the thing you end up with. They staff a project with a team and bill for the team. I am one person. I do the audit, I write the code, and I hand it over.

Ask both of us the same three things. Who owns the machine and the accounts at the end. What happens when the person who built it stops answering. And what we are each proposing to leave exactly as it is. The third answer usually tells you the most. I do not publish rates, and the quote follows the audit. What AI costs a small business explains why their number and mine are built differently.

Questions people ask

Do you have an office in Ahmedabad?

No. The practice is in Mumbai. I travel to Ahmedabad for the audit and the handover, and the rest of the work runs on calls, WhatsApp and a shared link. I would rather say that plainly than let a city page suggest otherwise.

Can an AI Agent read our Tally and our ledgers?

Yes, as far as you allow it to. It reads what you point it at and answers from there, so nobody has to run a report to find out who has not paid. It can draft the reminder. A person still sends it, and every action is written down. I have not built a Tally connection for a client yet.

Will our staff have to learn new software?

No. The Agent lives in WhatsApp and in the records you already keep. The test I build to is whether somebody who has worked in your office for twenty years can carry on exactly as they do now. Eighteen people in my own studio use systems I built and none of them sat through a training session.

How much does an AI consultant in Ahmedabad cost?

I do not publish rates. The quote follows the audit and names the machine, the systems being built, what is connected to what, and the handover. What moves it is how many systems you want joined up, how much of your record keeping is still on paper, and whether a computer you already own will do.

Is our data safe if it never leaves the unit?

That is the whole point of running it on your own machine. The model, the records and the chat history sit on a computer in your office, and no outside AI service keeps a copy. India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 is why owners now ask. I document where everything sits and your advisor judges compliance.

Can we start with one small thing?

That is how I prefer to start. One team and one system, on your machine, until it survives a normal month without anybody nursing it. Then the next one. You can stop after the audit, after the design, after the build, or after the handover.

Do you work with firms in Surat and the rest of Gujarat?

Yes, the same way. Mumbai for the building, your office for the audit and the handover. Ahmedabad and Surat are both easy enough to reach that the in-person parts are not the problem, and nothing in between needs me in the room.
