Delhi NCR
AI consultant in Delhi NCR
one record across three cities
I am in Mumbai. Work with firms in Delhi, Gurugram and Noida runs on video calls, WhatsApp and shared links, and I travel for the audit and the handover.
I am based in Mumbai. There is no office in Delhi, Gurugram or Noida, and no staff there. Most of a build does not need one. For the audit and the handover I come to you, because those two are worth being in the room for.
What makes this market its own thing is that one business is often spread across three cities and two or three states. A sales office in Delhi, a corporate floor in Gurugram, a warehouse or a plant in Noida, Ghaziabad or Faridabad. The work moves between them on phone calls and WhatsApp, and the record of it reaches an accounts department much later, if it reaches it at all.
One record across every location
An order, an approval or a complaint is written once and visible at every site, instead of living in whichever group it happened to be typed into.
WhatsApp first, because that is reality
Dealers, drivers and customers send WhatsApp messages. An Agent on WhatsApp reads them, confirms the details with a person, and writes the record so nobody re-types it at night.
It fits around Tally and your sheets
Books in Tally, everything else in Excel or Google Sheets. I would connect to those rather than ask a trading or distribution business to move to something new.
Private AI if the records are sensitive
Price lists, margins, dealer terms and salary sheets can stay on a machine in your own office, with nothing sent to an outside AI service at any point.
No subscription per person
You buy the build and the machine once. Adding another branch or another twenty staff does not change what you pay each month. More on owning it.
The order that arrives on WhatsApp and has to end up in Tally
Trading and distribution is the shape of business the NCR is full of. A dealer sends an order on WhatsApp, often as a photo of a handwritten list or as a voice note. Somebody reads it, calls to check two items, tells the godown to dispatch, and types the entry into Tally later. The gap between the message and the entry is where quantities change and a dispatch goes out against an order nobody can find.
The build here is narrow. The Agent reads the message, reads the voice note, matches the items to your own price list, asks the person in charge to confirm anything it is unsure about, and then writes one record that the godown and the accounts department both see. It never changes a rate on its own, and it logs every entry it makes. I have not built a Tally connection for a client yet. That part is scoped and tested in the audit.
One business, three cities, three sets of rules
A staff list split across Delhi, Gurugram and Noida is split across three state governments. Holiday lists differ. Shift and attendance practice differs. Approvals cross locations, and the person who signs is often in a different building from the person who asked. Most firms handle it with a separate sheet per site and a manager who remembers the differences.
An attendance and leave system that assumes one office is useless here. The one I build holds a location against every person, applies the right holiday list and the right shift to each, and routes an approval to whoever actually signs for that site. The manager sees all three in one place without keeping three sheets.
What I would look at first in a distribution business
Not the warehouse. The messages. The problem in this market is usually a message that was answered and never written down, or written down twice differently. So the first pass is the paperwork that follows an order, a complaint and a payment, and the chasing that starts when one of them stalls.
- Orders read from WhatsApp, voice notes and photographs
- Dispatch and delivery confirmed in one record
- Payment follow-ups that go out without being remembered
- Complaints logged against a dealer and a product
- Attendance and leave that know which site a person works at

Questions people ask
Do you have an office in Delhi or Gurugram?
No. Mumbai is my only office and I have nobody in the NCR. When I travel for the audit we decide first which of your sites I sit at, because the answer is usually the godown or the sales desk rather than the corporate floor.
Can an Agent read orders from WhatsApp?
Yes. It reads text, voice notes and photographs of handwritten lists, matches items against your own price list, and asks a person to confirm anything it is unsure about before writing the record.
Will it write into Tally?
It can be part of the build. The Agent prepares the entry from the message, a person confirms it, and the entry is written, so nobody types the same order twice. I have not built a Tally connection for a client yet, so it is scoped and tested during the audit before anybody promises it.
We have staff in three cities. Can one system cover them?
Yes. Every person carries a location, and the system applies the right holiday list, the right shift and the right approver for that site. A manager sees all the locations in one place.
What does an AI consultant in Delhi NCR charge?
There is no rate card. The quote follows the audit, and for a firm spread across three cities the number is moved mostly by how many sites have to read the same record and whether each one keeps its own sheet today. There is no monthly software subscription for what I build.
Are our price lists and margins safe?
They can stay on a machine in your own office, with nothing sent to an outside AI service. I write down exactly where each record sits and who can reach it, so your auditor has something to read.
Can we start with one branch?
Yes, and I would prefer it. One site and one system first, until it survives a normal working week without anybody minding it. The other locations follow once it has.
