AI consultant in Pune
run from Mumbai, on your floor when it counts
I am in Mumbai, which is close enough that a Pune project gets a real audit on your own shop floor. The build itself runs on video calls, WhatsApp and shared links.
I am based in Mumbai, not Pune. There is no office here and no staff here. What there is, is a short drive, so a Pune project gets the in-person audit and the in-person handover that make the rest of it work.
Everything between those two visits happens the way it does for any client: video calls, WhatsApp and shared links, with the system itself running on your own machine on your own premises. Pune work tends to be industrial. Plants, component suppliers, engineering firms and the service companies around them, where the paperwork is produced on the shop floor and typed again in an office.
Mumbai based, Pune in a morning
I am in Mumbai. Pune is close enough that the audit and the handover can both happen in your plant or your office, which is where the useful information actually is.
Built around a shift, not an office day
Attendance, handovers, dispatch notes and daily reports are produced by people on their feet. The Agent takes a voice note or a WhatsApp message and writes the record.
It fits around Tally and your sheets
Most Pune firms keep books in Tally and everything else in Excel or Google Sheets. An Agent can read and write those instead of asking anyone to move to a new system.
The machine stays in your plant
For a private AI build the computer runs on your own network, inside your premises, bought in your name. It keeps answering when the internet line drops.
A quote after the audit
I map how work moves before I price anything, and hand you a build list and a list of the things to leave exactly as they are.
What a Pune plant usually already runs
The pattern is much the same across Chakan, Ranjangaon, Bhosari, Pimpri and the estates around them. Books in Tally. An ERP for production, sometimes, used by two people and ignored by everybody else. Quality, inspection and rejection records on printed formats a customer insisted on. Attendance on a fingerprint machine whose data nobody exports. And a WhatsApp group per shift, where the real coordination happens.
I do not replace any of that. The Agent sits where the people already are, in the group and on the phone, and writes into the records that already exist. The printed formats stay printed if your customer audits them. What gets automated is the typing, the chasing and the re-entry between one system and the next.
When the plant is in Pune and the head office is not
A large share of Pune firms are a second site. The plant is here, and the owner, the accounts or the parent company sits in Mumbai, in Delhi or in another country. Decisions travel. A dispatch waits for an approval from somebody who is not in the building, and the person on the floor has no way of seeing where the request got stuck.
That is a records problem before it is an AI problem. What I build gives both ends the same record: the request, who asked, what was approved, when, and what happened next. It reaches the head office in whatever app they already read, and it asks a person before it changes anything.
Where I would start in an industrial business
Not with the production line. I start with the writing and the chasing around it, because that is where the hours go and where nobody checks the result. The end of shift report. The attendance register. The leave request. The inspection record that gets typed twice. The follow-up to a customer who asked for a drawing and never heard back.
- Shift handover written from a voice note
- Attendance and leave off paper and out of email
- Dispatch and inspection records entered once
- Customer enquiries answered and logged
- A dashboard a plant head will actually open

Questions people ask
Do you have an office in Pune?
No. Mumbai is my only office and there is nobody of mine in Pune. The distance is short enough that it rarely matters: the audit happens on your floor and so does the handover. The build in between runs on video calls, WhatsApp and shared links.
Can an Agent write into Tally for us?
It can be part of a build. The shape is an Agent that reads a WhatsApp message or a voice note, confirms the details with a person, and then writes the entry so nobody types the same thing twice. I have not built a Tally connection for a client yet, so it is scoped and tested during the audit before anybody promises it.
Will this work on a shop floor with a poor network?
Yes, if the model runs on your own premises. A private AI server keeps answering when the internet line drops. Anything that has to reach the outside world waits until the connection is back and then sends it.
What does an AI consultant for a Pune manufacturer cost?
There is no rate card. The quote follows the audit, and in a plant the number is moved by how many printed formats have to keep existing, whether the fingerprint machine you already own can be used, and how much of the quality record keeping is still on paper. There is no monthly software subscription for what I build.
Our head office is not in Pune. Does that complicate it?
It is normal here, and it is usually the reason to build. Both sites read the same record, approvals are asked for and logged, and the person on the floor can see where a request is waiting.
Do we have to replace our ERP?
No. I would rather connect to what you have than replace it. The audit says plainly which systems are worth keeping, and the list of things to leave alone is usually longer than the build list.
Can you work with our customer's audit formats?
Yes. If a customer requires a printed format, it stays. The Agent fills it from records that were entered once, which usually makes an audit easier rather than harder.
