Mumbai
AI consultant in Mumbai
the one city where I am already here
I live and work in Mumbai. My own studio of eighteen people runs on these systems every day, and you are welcome to come and watch them being used.
I am in Mumbai. My practice is here, my studio of eighteen people is here, and the machine that runs its own AI sits in that office. A Mumbai client can meet me without planning a trip.
Most of a build runs the same way wherever the client is: video calls, WhatsApp and shared links. Being in the same city changes one thing. The audit can be a morning in your office instead of a screen share, and the handover can be me standing next to the person who will use the system while they use it for the first time.
I live and work in this city
My practice and my studio are both here. There is no travel to arrange and no window to wait for. We can meet at your office or at mine.
A working system you can come and see
Eighteen people in my studio use the attendance, leave, task and project systems I built. See what they run on, or come and watch it on a normal working morning.
The machine stays in your building
For a private AI server, the computer that runs the model sits in your Mumbai office, bought in your name. I install it there and you keep it.
Agents in the apps your team uses
WhatsApp, email, Google Sheets and Google Drive. Nobody is asked to learn a new screen, which matters most when staff are split between a head office and a site.
An audit before a quote
I sit with the people who do the work, map how it really moves, and hand you a build list and a list of the things to leave exactly as they are.
The head office is in town and the work happens out of town
A lot of Mumbai businesses sit in two places at once. The office with the owner, the accounts and the clients is in the city. The godown, the plant or the site is in Bhiwandi, Taloja, Vasai or further out. Nobody drives across for a signature. The coordination happens on phone calls and WhatsApp groups, and the record of what was agreed lives in somebody's chat history.
That is the most common thing worth fixing here. An Agent sits in the group that already exists, writes the dispatch, the approval or the day's work into one record, and tells the other site that it happened. The people at both ends carry on sending the same messages they already send.
What meeting in person actually changes
Remote work is fine for most of a build. It is poor for the audit, because the useful part of an audit is watching somebody do their job and noticing the step they never mention. In Mumbai I can do that in your office, with your staff, on an ordinary working morning, and come back for the handover without either of us booking travel.
It also makes hardware simple. A machine has to be delivered, plugged in, put on your network and left running. In the same city I do that myself, and if it needs looking at I come and look at it rather than talking somebody through it on a call.
What Mumbai owners ask for most
The requests here cluster tightly. Attendance and leave off paper. Enquiries that arrive at night and get answered. A report that writes itself from a voice note at the end of a shift. Files landing in the right folder without anybody renaming them. One place a manager can ask a question instead of reading five records.
- Attendance, leave and daily tasks in one record
- Enquiries answered on WhatsApp and written down
- Reports built from a voice note after a shift
- Files filed where they belong, without being asked
- A manager who asks the records a question
What a Mumbai project is quoted on
There is no rate card, and being in the same city does not change the price. The quote follows the audit and names the machine, the systems being built, what is connected to what and the handover. The schedule comes with it, and you can stop after the audit, the design, the build or the handover.
The one thing a Mumbai project does change is what is quoted for travel, which is nothing. There are no site visits to price in, no engineer to send, and no trip to plan around before the audit can happen. The rest of the number comes from how many systems you want connected and how much of your record keeping is still on paper. There is no monthly software subscription for the systems I build.

Questions people ask
Are you actually based in Mumbai?
Yes. I live and work in Mumbai, and my studio, Cove Craft Studios, is here with eighteen people in it. There is no other office anywhere. You can meet me in person without arranging travel.
Can we see a system working before we buy anything?
Yes. The systems my own studio runs on are live and you can watch them being used. Several of the builds on my projects page can also be run in your browser without a call or a signup.
Do you work with businesses outside Mumbai?
Yes, across India. Those projects run on video calls, WhatsApp and shared links, and I travel for the audit and the handover where the project needs it. Mumbai is the only city where I am already here.
What does an AI consultant in Mumbai cost?
There is no fixed rate, and being in the same city does not change it. The quote follows the audit. What moves the number is how many systems you connect and how much of your record keeping is still on paper. Nothing is added for travel, because there is none to add.
Will our data leave our office?
Not if you build it that way. A private AI server keeps the model, the records and the chat history on a computer in your own Mumbai office. I write down exactly what sits where and who can reach it.
We are a family business and not technical. Is this for us?
Yes. The owners this is built for are not technical. The Agents work inside WhatsApp, email and the sheets your team already uses, so nobody sits through training. You are welcome to come and watch my own team use them on an ordinary morning.
Can you work with our existing IT person?
Yes, and it is easier when you have one. They get the code, the accounts, the documentation and a walk through the machine, so they can run it and change it after I hand over.
