AI consultant in Hyderabad
where the record has to hold up
I am in Mumbai, and I have no client in Hyderabad to name. What I can show you is how a system behaves around records that an outside party will read back.
I am in Mumbai. No office in Hyderabad, no staff there, and no client there I can point you to. A Hyderabad build runs remotely for most of its life, and I travel for the audit and the handover.
The businesses here fall into a few groups. Life sciences and pharmaceutical companies, where the records are the output of the work and get read back by somebody else. Developers and builders selling several projects at once. And long-standing family firms where the owner signs every cheque and knows every customer by name. Each wants something different from AI, and one of them wants it to touch very little.
Every action leaves a log
The Agent writes down what it looked at, what it changed and who confirmed it. In a business that gets audited, that log is the reason the system is allowed near the records.
Read-only where it has to be
Some records should not be written to by software at all. I will say which ones, and the Agent reads them and drafts from them instead of entering anything itself.
Records stay in your building
A private AI server keeps the model, the documents and the chat history on a machine in your own office. Nothing is sent to an outside AI service.
Enquiries answered at the hour they arrive
Property and project enquiries come in at night and on Sundays. An Agent answers on WhatsApp, logs the enquiry against the right project, and tells your sales person what was asked.
Nobody learns a new app
The Agent lives in WhatsApp, email, your sheets and your drive. In a firm where the owner decides everything, that matters more than any feature on a list.
Where an Agent must not write: controlled records
Hyderabad's pharmaceutical and life sciences base changes the brief. In those companies a document is controlled: it has a version, an owner, a signature and a retention period, and somebody outside the company may come and read it back long afterwards. Software that quietly edits one of those is a problem, however clever it is.
So the design starts with a list of what the system may not touch. The Agent reads controlled documents and drafts from them. It writes into the working records, the uncontrolled ones, where a draft, a summary or a daily report belongs. A named person confirms anything that becomes official, and the log says who, what and when. I am not your quality or regulatory advisor and I will not claim a system is validated.
- A written list of records the system may not change
- Controlled documents read, never edited
- Drafts and summaries into working records only
- A named person confirms anything official
- A log entry for every read and every write
Selling several projects at once
The other shape of business here is developers and builders carrying more than one project at a time. The enquiry does not say which project it is about. The site visit gets fixed on a phone call. A channel partner sends a name on WhatsApp and nobody records where it came from. By the time anyone reviews the pipeline, half the enquiries have no source and no next step.
What that needs is plain and useful. An Agent that answers the first message, works out which project the person is asking about, asks the two questions your sales team always asks, writes the enquiry against that project with its source, and reminds somebody when a site visit was promised and never fixed. A 360 walkthrough in the same reply lets the person see the unit before they travel.
The family firm where the owner decides everything
Many Hyderabad businesses have been run the same way for decades by people who are good at it. The knowledge is in heads rather than systems, and the owner is the final approver on everything. The risk in a business like that is rarely a wrong decision. It is that nothing is written down, so the owner becomes the bottleneck on an ordinary working morning and the only backup when somebody leaves.
I do not try to change how decisions get made. The Agent asks for the approval, in WhatsApp, from the person who always gave it, and then writes the record that was never written before. After a while the business has a history it can be asked questions about, and the owner has stopped being the filing system.

Questions people ask
Do you have an office in Hyderabad?
No. Mumbai is my only office and I have no client in Hyderabad. The travel that matters is installing a machine, if the build needs one, and walking your staff through it. The rest runs on video calls, WhatsApp and shared links.
Can AI touch our controlled documents?
It can read them. I would not let it edit them. The design starts with a written list of records the system may not change, and anything that becomes official is confirmed by a named person and logged.
Is this compliant for a pharmaceutical company?
I will not claim that, and I am not your regulatory advisor. What I provide is a written account of where every record sits, which machine reads it, what the system changed and who confirmed it. Your quality team judges the rest.
Can an Agent handle enquiries for several projects at once?
Yes. It works out which project the enquiry is about, asks the questions your sales team always asks, writes the enquiry with its source against that project, and reminds somebody when a promised site visit has not been fixed.
What does an AI consultant in Hyderabad cost?
There is no rate card, because two firms of the same size need different builds. The quote follows the audit. What moves it here is how many of your records are controlled and therefore read-only, because that decides how much has to be designed around rather than written to. There is no monthly software subscription.
Our business runs in the owner's head. Will this work?
It is the usual starting point. Nothing about how decisions get made has to change. The Agent asks the owner for the approval in WhatsApp and writes the record that was never written, so the history builds itself.
Will our data stay inside India?
It can stay inside your own building, which is a shorter answer. A private AI server keeps the model and the records on a machine in your office. India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 is why most owners ask.
